X-Men - children of the atom (941208 Japan, rent version)
X-Men: Children of the Atom is a 1994 arcade fighting game developed by Capcom. The game featured iconic X-Men characters in a 2D fighting game with a variety of special moves. The Japanese versions had a few differences to the later international versions with slight changes to the character sprites and even a variation of gameplay. A number of different release dates are indicated in the titles, possibly pointing to minor revisions, updates, or regional variations of the game's code. The fact that many releases were in Japan means this version was very popular there. The bootleg 'Euro Phoenix Edition' indicates an unauthorized copy of the game distributed within the European market.
